Ingredients
- Cocktail
8 oz. warm pear cider (recipe below)
1.5 oz bourbon
0.5 oz. lemon juice
Dried pear slice
Cinnamon stick
- Pear Cider
2 tbsp honey
2.5 tbsp brown sugar
0.5 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp butter
Directions
- Make the Pear Cider:
- Melt butter in a saucepan until slightly browned.
- Add pear juice, honey, brown sugar, and cinnamon to the saucepan.
- Stir until well combined and bring to a simmer.
- Remove from heat and cool slightly.
- Assemble the Cocktail:
- Combine warm pear cider, bourbon and lemon juice into a heat-resistant glass.
- Add 3 dashes of liquid smoke.
- Garnish with a dried pear slice and a cinnamon stick.
